  1. Many of the old customs and passtimes are fast dying. Times have changed and the games have also changed. Nowadays there are many new games there is Stilts, skittels snares for rabbits and many others. Long ago there were no town dances only one in a country-house each night. The boys did not go to the town at night as nowadays. On a Sunday the boys pulled tug-a-war wresteled played hand-ball and camann. Most of these have died and new ones have taken their place.
