    Although the ancient customs are fading rapidly into oblivion they still live on in my locality. The old customs of our forefathers and fathers still are the customs of the youth today in my locality.
    The toys of the youths today are 'bows and arrows', bird creel, stilts, spinning jinneys, sleighs, slings, snares, cockles, skittles, catapults and guns made from the elderberry. Bows and arrows are made from sally rods bent into a semi circular
