Tyrrells Pass
15:12:1938 - Long ago in this country there were very few pumps so the people got their water in spring wells. They usually went in the evening together as it was the most suitable time for them. All the women looked forward all day to this simple outing. Down in Tyrrellspass bog there is a lovely spring called Newburns Well. Many people of Tyrrellspass go to this well for water as it is known for its purity. There is another well in (?) Joe Doyle's land. This well is called Tobar Geall(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
