    To see swallows flying low is a sign of warm weather.
    When frogs are black it indicates fine weather. When frogs clocks or worms come into a house it is a sign of bad weather. If blue blazes are seen in the fire it is a sign of frost. When a hill seems near it is a sign of warm weather.

  2. Kilskyre Catholic Church was built in one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven. The roof was blown off by a great storm that swept over Ireland in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty. Many trees were uprooted and the roofs blown off some of the dwelling houses.
