    4. Mrs. Spelman of Broher (beyond Corraduoy), Keash Parish, Co. Sligo, has the cure of heart fever Paky Kearns, Garrow, Boyle, got cured by her. Every Monday and Thursday the patient attends her, until the cure is complete. Mrs. Spelman holds a cup of oat-meal against the patient's heart and says prayers. If the patient is very bad the meal is almost completely eaten out of the cup. As the cure takes effect, less of the meal disappears; and when none of the meal is eaten out of the cup, the cure is complete.
    Mrs. Spelman also has the cure of head-fever.
