threw it out through the thatch of the forge.
Another day Seán went to the Kiln for lime. There was a lot of people before him and he wanted his load in a hurry for he had a long journey to go and he asked the owner of the Kiln to know could he give him his load and he said to Seán, "How can I give you your load?" "If I bring up my car" said Seán "will you give me my load?" "I will", said the man. Seán went back untackled his horse and caught his car by the two shafts and raised it over his head and carried it up to the Kiln and knocked it down and got his load.
One day Seán got into a temper in Duagh. He caught a donkey's car that was next him. He broke the shaft off it and cleared the streets.
One day as Seán was passing a forge he asked the smith for a piece of coal to light his pipe. The smith brought out a piece of coal to him on the anvil and Seán took the anvil in his right hand and lit his pipe and gave back the anvil to the smith. The smith said that no other man in Kerry would do that only Seán Byrnes.
