  1. If a stranger comes into the house and you were churning if he did not take the churn dash in his hand you would have no luck in the churning. When you churn the milk first after the cow calving it is not right to give away the milk. People say that it is right to put a coal under the churn when churning the first milk. A churn is 42 inches breadth and 14 inches in length.
