  1. In the middle of a field in Bracklyn is a 'rath'. This rath is surrounded by a ditch on which grows white-thorn and hazel trees.
This old rath takes it name from an old woman named "Molly Gretan" who lived here in former years.
Local people say the place is haunted by Molly Gretan and she can be heard caoining when any person in the neighbourhood dies and also she is to be seen occasionally walking about the rath.
