   They locked them up till morning, and to increase their pain,
   Each one of them got a summons. to bring them back again.
   But on the day of the trial one of them managed so
   To bride the young reporter to write Lantry and Munroe.
   IV
   'Tis now that all is over and the news it has gone round,
   The boys are well recorded, both in country and in town.
   And at home amongst the neighbours, it is the latest go
   When ever they hear of a drunken squabble "There go Lantry and Munroe.
