  2. Long ago the people used to make carpets. They first got a piece of canvas and a piece of cloth and then they plaited them, and sewed them with ropes to the canvas.
    They also made baskets out of switches that grow in the wood and they used to boil them in a pot and then they peeled off the skin. Then they dried them in sun and then they plaited them and made them into baskets.
