- People say that the Leprachans live in fortsand in lonely hills. They say they sleep during the day and they make shoes at night. They sit under mush rooms and they make the shoes as fast as you can count and they say some rhyme while making them. They also have gold hidden. If you caught one and put him in a box he would give you some of the gold. They are dressed in a white trousers and in a red jacked and cap and they were long painted shoes. If you dug a fort or place where they would be, they would have revenge on you. If you saw one of them when you would be going on a journey you would have bad luck.
