    When people are washing their feet sometime they but mustard in the water. This is done when the people have a cold because the mustard is supposed to be good for curing a cold.

    Some people wash their feet in mangold water as they say it makes their feet hardey. They also put washing soda in the water and wash their feet in it as it prevents corns from growing. Rain water is also used for washing the feet. In the cobblers workshop there are lasts for the different sizes of boots, different classes of leather, hammers, and pincers. Cobblers usually have a supply of leather, wax, hamp, sprigs and tacks. The hemp is used to make wax ends.
