    Silent Reading
    1. Describe the appearance of the young gallant. Would a person be deceived by his appearance and why?
    2. Was David Gordon a good judge of men and why?
The young gallant was a tall thin man dressed in coloured clothes. A person would be very deceived by his appearance because a person would think that he was no good when he wore such different coloured clothes but if people were annoying him he would be able to show them how brave he was.
David Gordon was a good judge of men.
