    By the roadside sat a feeble old man and his face was wrinkled and weather-beaten from exposure to the winds and rains of many years. His clothes could not belong to any one man but must have being gathered from the four corners of the earth. He wore a battered tall hat which might belong to a priest at one time and he had an old frock coat which he must have got from a bishop and it was faded green.
