  1. The Old Graveyards
    There are two graveyards in the parish. One is called Clontuskert Graveyard and the other is called the Old Abbey Graveyard. Clontuskert graveyard is situated in the townland of Chapel Park and the Old Abbey graveyard is situate din the townland of Abbey Park.
    There is a church still in Clontuskert graveyard which was built in 1820 and there is also a ruined church in the Old Abbey which was built in 1637. There are no trees growing in any of the graveyards now as they were cut down.
