  1. Once three old women lived in a little cottage together and they became so poor that they were almost starving.
    At length they began to steal the neighbour's foul to keep themselves from starving. Of course the neighbours thought it was the Fox that was bringing the foul on them until they noticed a big pile of feathers at the back of the cottage, then they knew the Fox that was bringing the foul.
