  1. In the graveyard of Aughvale, about two miles from the little town of Westport, there are the ruins of an old Church. The people who lived in this Church were called Friars, these were priests, and they used to say Mass in the Church long ago.
    Inside there are four cells, and each Friar had a cell for himself, in which they used to pray. There five men employed to build the Church, and there payment was a 1/2d an hour, for eight hours a day.
    The Church is two storey high, ivy has growing
