  1. Get an egg, break it and put the white of it into a bowl. Then get a fork and keep stirring it until it becomes thick. Then get two spoonfuls of sugar and put them into the bowl also, and stir it once or twice. Leave it for about half an hour to set and then eat it with a spoon, about an hour before you go to bed, and your cold will be gone in the morning.
