Caitiliceach a b'eadh é agus d'imthigh sé mar cléireach le Parson a bhí in Abha na Scál ar a' dtaobh thuaidh de bháith an Daingin. Bhí file i nGleann bheithe agus chuir sé a chrúca air mar seo, nuair a thréig an bitheamhnach a bhotháinín féin is a chreideamh.*
