    There was once a man and he was so very holy that he did not want to live among the people.

    There was once a man and he was so very holy that he did not want to live among the people. So he went away and build a little hut for himself so that he could live in peace. The devil was trying in every way to tempt him. He sent every one of his angels trying to tempt him but they could not tempt him. They used to come back to him crying saying they could do nothing. He went himself and asked for a lodging. He said he would not give it to him. He went outside and started playing music thinking he would tempt him. He came the next night and he asked for a lodging again but the man refused him. The devil then went outside and he started crying. The man took pity on him and he told him to come in. He came in. God send an angel from heaven but the man would not listen to him. If you do not obey my said the angel tomorrow thou shall die of thirst. Now said the man I know you are trying to deceive me how can I die of thirst and all the water
