  1. Close to the village of Clongeen are three lanes known by those names
    The Plot, Ráth in Teine, and Mount Misery.
    Ballybrack is about half a mile away from the school and the land in it is very high and is very good for tillage
    Ballylannon about two miles from the school is about the best land in Wexford for growing barley (A. Murphy)
    Haresmead is another townland in this parish, it is land beside the "Corack" river and some of is very wet and marshy especially in winter and autumn. Hares are believed to have been very plentiful in this district years ago.
