    The ruins of an old forge called Lockerys are to be seen beside Baronstown, and in former times they used to make firecranes and ploughs and gates.
    There is an old wheel which is still to be seen there, and it is said that it was used in the forge.
    Some boys make tops in this way.
    I often saw my brother make a top with a spool. He pares one side of the spool till it is the shape of a top. Then he
