This church was about forty feet and twenty feet wide. Some of the walls are still quite perfect. It was about seven feet high and it was covered with thatch. There was another Catholic Church near Lahern. The place where it was built is called "Scrahan."The site was near the dwelling house now occupied by Mr. John Sweetnam, Lahern.
