    lamp they had lighting went out and they got a fright and did not know where to go in the dark. All of a sudden a tall man with a white swagger coat just blew his breath set the lamp and the light went on again. On they went to the next bush and were just drawing a stroke at this bird when he roared "Ná buail me" "ná buail me" They came home with the fright of God in their hearts so they swore that they would never go torching again.

Yeas years ago in a house near Feale's Bridge all the inhabitants had to go to bed early as when the night fell things used to be thrown at them and when they left the kitchen they used hear great noise, drawing of chairs to the fire and rattling of cups and dishes. So this night the man of the house took courage and went to the kitchen to find a small little man standing on the floor with his back turned to him. He shouted and the man disappeared. Next night something happened again and he went to the local Clergy and told there them his story and asked them to come
