  1. About six players or more may take part int he above game. One member starts and counts up to twenty, numbering each girl as she goes along and the person that twenty falls on is the "hunter."
The "hunter" then gets one large stone and places a small one on top of it. The small stone is called the "Grannie." All the other players provide a stone each and then draw a line a little distance from teh "Grannie". They now stand behind the line and throw their stones, one by one, doing their best to knock off the "Grannie".
The "hunter" stands beside the "Grannie" and when the players go to pick up their stones she does her best to catch someone of them before they get back to their old places behind the line. If the "Grannie" happens to be knocked off this gives the players more time to get their stones because the "hunter" must replace the "Grannie," before she is allowed to hunt and so they have a better chance of escape.
Whenever the "Hunter" chances to catch anyone she captured one must then become the "Hunter" and so he game continues
