  1. Churning
We have a churn at home it is circular in shape. It is two feet and a half high and about four feet in circumference on the top and about four feet and a half in circumference on the bottom. The sides of the churn are round We have our churn only six months.
There are different names for the different parts of the churn The lid, the dash the joggler. It is the dash that churns the milk The dash is made out of a long stick with a round board on its end. There is a hole in the lid of the churn in which the dash comes up. The joggler is then put on the hole of the lid to prevent the milk from coming up.
