    Speedwell or bright eye is used as a cure for the jaundice. The leaves are drawn like tea and then it is given to the sick person. Cumfrey is a weed and it has a bulb like a carrot, it is used for a sprain.
    The root is pounded into a pulp moistened with a little cold water and applied to the sprain it also reduced swelling in the foot. A spider's web is used to stop bleeding.
