After a day's search they found a little cottage on a hill-top. They went into the house and the "bean an tighe" gave them food. This woman was very rich because she found a pot of gold. The two boys helped her in every way. After a day or two the boys got lonely or home-sick, so they asked the woman for leave to go home.
The woman gave them leave and she told them the way home. When they were leaving she gave them a pocket full of gold for themselves. The children rushed home full of glee. When the children got home the father was delighted to see his children and they lived happily ever afterwards.
