- There are many forges there long ago, but there are only two there now, namely Patrick Cantillon's and John Casey's. Patrick Cantillons forge is built in Maulin, and the other forge is built in Ballylangane.
Forges are very useful to us because in them, the smiths shoe our horses. They work in the open when they are ironing wheel's. They make a fire outside in the open.
