  1. Long ago in the time of the famine the people were very hungry because of the lack of food. There was a cow going around the parish and the people could get no owner for her. So they started to milk the cow.
    Every one used to carry a bucket of milk from the cow and the cow kept around the parish. There was a bad woman in the parish and she brought a strainer to milk the cow, she wanted to know would the cow keep milking long.
