  1. Sean-Chill or Sean - Choill?
    Opinion is pretty evenly divided as to both interpretations. In favour of the latter it may be said that there was a few acres of woodland there years ago. The old buts of the trees were cleared out of Sparrow's farm by a man, still alive - Ned Morgan, St. Johnstown, Fethard.
