    Long ago it was a custom that when a pair were getting married they went to the Church in a side car as there was no motor cars then. After the cermony the newly married pair went to the bride's house to partake their supper. The whole day long there was feasting and merrymaking. When it began to grow dark the "Caillecs" came, each supplied with some musical instrument. They usually wear a disguise, some dressed as old men with a long beard and wrinkled features. Sometimes they took off their disguise and were allowed to have tea.
