  1. Long ago some of the Kavanaghs lived in Poulmounty in the parish of St. Mullins, and there is nothing to be seen now only the site of their castle.
    One time there lived in this castle a young girl named Eileen Kavanagh. Her father wanted her to marry a man against her will. She would not consent because she was in love with another fellow named Carol O Daily.
