    brighter in frosty weather, than it does in wet heavy weather.
    When the wind flows from the south, and west,there is always danger of rain, and wind. when it flows from the north it brings on or what they call black hard weather. When the wind blows from the east it brings the most poisonous sting which is very bad for colds, pneumonia etc. It also bring frost.
    In fine weather we usually see, sea birds flying high, and going towards the sea. When weather is going to be bad you will always see them flying towards the land. When weather is going to be bad animals are anxious to be left in the house,but when it is fine they are most anxious for the open pasture. It is very noticeable how cats, and dogs like the fire, when [?] and during bad weather. When weather is fine they like to be out in the open.
    When we have fine weather the hills look very far away, and the rocks look shiny, and the waterfalls are beautiful looking. It is also very noticeable how dust [?] mildly off the roads.
