    Long ago straw-boys visited the houses the night of a wedding. They would dance and sing, and they would get drink.
    When the bride, and the bridegroom are going in, the bride goes in the first cover-car, and the bridegroom in that last car. When coming home they are together.

    Sprain- Potato water is good for a sprain.
    Cuts- If a cut is bleeding put a cobweb to stop it.
    Sore-Drink the milk of a Dandelion for a sore-throat.
    Flatenous- Take half a tea-spoon of bread-soda in a glass of soft water.
    Warts- Rub a snail for nine mornings and until the warts are gone.
    Warts- The juice of a dandelion.
    Thrush- Corax and honey.
    Boils- Common salt and glycerine, put on as a poultice.
    Boils- Bread and water.
    Measles- Stay in bed and get a hot drink.
