Seán got six days to clear out but he did not comply with this order. Finally the sheriff and his men came along and evicted Seán. Now Seán built a hut in Doran's farm and lived there for a short time. Seán was a very wicked man and used very severe threats to Buckley and his agents and to get rid of him Buckley gave him a small sum of money which took him to America.
