    Long ago a woman's spirit was going around. She was called Petticoat Loose. It is said that there was a certain bridge where she used to be and if anyone passed the bridge anyway late at night. It was going on for a long time until the Priest heard it. The Priest went to the place and he asked her what damned her. "I used to give water in milk to the poor."
