Long ago the people used eat meat but not as we eat it now.

Long ago the people used eat meat but not as we eat it now. They killed a calf and skinned and cleaned it. They did not cut it up but put it down in a big pot. When the animal was cooked they took it from the pot and laid it on the dining board. All the family sat around the table and they remained eating until they had satisfied their hunger.
