A follower of Cromwell named "Baldwin" resided in that castle, but one day his servants burned the castle. Its ruins are to be seen even to this day. The "Bush Field" which means the field of the bushes is so called because, there is a great number of bushes growing in it. "Carán" gets its name from a piece of land which is very high.
