    Many people get married during
    Shrove, Monday for Health,
    Tuesday for Wealth,
    Wednesday for happiness, best day of all,
    Thursday for Losses,
    Friday for Crosses.
    Saturday no luck at all.
    When people get married, Straw boys go to the house. The people say it is luckey. Long ago, the people used have horses and saddles, and they used be racing to the house, to see who would be first, before the married couple would be treated with all kinds of drink. People get married in different colours.
