    Water Cress is a cure for a sore chest.
    Crub Preachain grows in gardens as a weed It is the shape of a crows foot. The one's that do the most harm in the land are the thistles, nettles, Praiseach Buide. Athair Taliman is another herb which is a cure for rheumatism. Thistles grow in good land. To eat nettles when boiled, three times will prevent you from getting any sickness during the year. Nettles grow in very sheltry places
