Water Cress is a cure for a sore chest.
Crub Preachain grows in gardens as a weed It is the shape of a crows foot. The one's that do the most harm in the land are the thistles, nettles, Praiseach Buide. Athair Taliman is another herb which is a cure for rheumatism. Thistles grow in good land. To eat nettles when boiled, three times will prevent you from getting any sickness during the year.
