  1. The people of the present day have many old superstitions, which are handed down from father to son.
    If a person was going to a fair and if he met a red haired woman they would turn back.
    Another superstition is that people do not burn elder, because it is said that the person that would put it down, would get a pain in his or her head that would never leave it.
    There is another superstition that if a person was out after dark on November night
