    She got three ferns and struck each end of the Folly and a half a dozen young men came out with hammers and nails. They took Jacks hump and nailed it on Dick and while they were nailing it they sang the following poem.
    Now Dick Muldoon,
    you are a fine coon.
    Two humps on your back,
    Like a hayrick and stack.
    You always will carry,
    Through life you'll tarry
    In a year and a day you'll be dead we all say.
    And sure enough Dick pined away and died in a year and a day.
