    nagoona, Roscrea. It is circular in shape and is hollow in the middle and high at its edges.
    There is another one up in J. Kennedy's field in Killough, Templemore. It is not in view of the one in P. Kennedy's land.

    “There is a fairy fort in Pat Ryan's land in Shanakill...”

    There is a fairy fort in Pat Ryan's land in Shanakill. It is by the side of the road as you go to Clonmore. It is the shape of a three corner field and there are all big ancient trees surrounding it. Mr. Ryan never cut a tree around it and it is a very lonesome part of the road.
