There is a fairy fort in Pat Ryan's land in Shanakill. It is by the side of the road as you go to Clonmore. It is the shape of a three corner field and there are all big ancient trees surrounding it. Mr. Ryan never cut a tree around it and it is a very lonesome part of the road.Fairy Forts
