    Old Roads
    There are many roads in Clare that will lead anybody to many districts or villages ,there is a road in Maghera that will lead any- person into Lahinch and it is called "Port na Gaoithe".There is a road called "Lauries"because in the olden times ,a Mr Healy was killed in that road ,so that it is called
    Lauries Road .There is a road called the "four crosses"because long ago the Black and Tans used to drill there.
