  1. There are three Graveyards in the parish. Their names are Abbey Churchyard, Glenroe Churchyard and Darragh Churchyard. They are still in use and are square in shape. Long the one in Abbey was a monastery where monks dwelt. There is still a monastery in ruins. People are buried within the ruins. There are palm trees within the ruins. It is situated a field in from the road. It is level in the inside. There are made of iron in it. Most of the graves are decorated with wreaths of flowers.
