  1. Cures.
    If you go to old persons and ask them for a cure for a sprain they will tell you to get comfrey and pund it up and put it on as a poultice.
    Old people say if you have a burn put a burn leaf to it. If you get a deep cut the cure from an old woman is to put a cobweb to it.
    If you get pyrrhae in the gums get a leaf off an ash tree and put it to it.
    When you get warts get the milk from a dandelion and rut it to the warts.
    The cure for animals is cow's lick. It is got by the ditches.
