    had surely gone by someother road and that it would be advisable for him to go on. However he assured Mrs. Toomey that he would make it his business to call and pay for the whisky on his return home after selling the corn. Of course he never paid for them as it was only a yarn of his to get the whisky. Some time after he met Shaun O'Toomey and told him about the trick he had played on his wife and as usual Shaun had to fix up matters himself.
