  1. During the time when the Irish were tortured by the English for anything they did two men were found in Lord Bessborough's Damense hunting.
    When they were brought to Waterford they were condemned to death for having in their possession a dead hare. The men's names were Power and McGrath.
    Power went to his doom silently but McGrath with his hands bound behind his back jumped on the table on which they stood before they were hanged and said that he hoped one of the Bessboroughs would be killed voilently and suddenly.
    The rope hung from a high cross-beam and the excutioner put the doomed men on a table. While they were putting the noose on his neck. Then they pulled the table from under
